Introduction
Auto Fire helps restaurants to manage their delivery time, by placing orders to production once the assigned driver enters a certain delivery radius.

This way, we ensure that customers always receives their orders fresh as possible thus improving customer satisfaction with their orders


[DOP] - Configuration ⚙️

In order to have the Auto Fire feature active in a restaurant it first must be activated on DOP

  1. Access DOP’s homepage and click the “Delivery” button

  1. Click on "Restaurant Management” button

  1. On the Restaurant Management Page, click on the “More Options” (three dots) button on the restaurant you wish to activate the Auto Fire feature and click on the “Settings” option

  1. Within the "DMP Features” group, check the Auto Fire option.

  2. Within the “Delivery settings”, input the new Auto Fire’s Distance Radius and click on “Save changes”. A success alert should be visible.

[DMP] - Auto Fire Activation

  1. Access the DMP homepage

  1. Click the “Run Auto Fire" button.

  2. In order to activate the Auto Fire, input the manager’s password and confirm it by clicking on “Confirm”.

  1. A success message should be visible and new orders should be placed automatically on In Production column

[DMP] - Auto Fire Deactivation

  1. Access the DMP homepage

  1. Click the “Stop Auto Fire” button

  2. A confirmation message will be displayed and the Auto Fire is going to be deactivated.

Auto Prepare x Auto Fire

It is not possible to enable both Auto Prepare and Auto Fire at the same. If Auto Fire is active, once the Auto Prepare is enabled, Auto Fire will be deactivated automatically.
