Best Practices:
Prompt the cashier before beginning an order, if the order will be a loyalty order
Allow a customer to add his loyalty code all throughout the ordering process
Only show rewards at the POS, when a customer has logged in with their loyalty account
When a customer provides his loyalty account, show the full list of rewards in the POS that the guest can choose from
