    • POS changes in P&A take around 30min to be reflected in the STS cloud. A manual update can be forced using the “Update” button in the POS [include picture].

  • Order firing

    • We use pickupTime to schedule future orders. pickupTime indicates the time requested for the order to be collected.

    • Oracle adds prep time to the pickupTime. Franchisees must add a prep time value for serviceLevelTime in Oracle.

  • Order cancelation

    • Restaurants cannot void online orders at the POS because Oracle does not inform our platform of voided orders.
