When the order is placed, ETA is set to 31 minutes and update after 1 minute.

• It’s not possible to zoom the map in/out, but the map zooms in automatically as the driver becomes closer. The third video shows the maximum zoom (it’s not that helpful because you can’t tell if the driver is really close).

• ETA is not updating.

At the end of the process, the app updates the progress tracker:

• ETA is updated to “Delivered”.

Improvements

1. Fix ETA updating

   1. Get confirmation from Delivery about the frequency that they sending the driver location updates - in progress.

2. Ability to interact with the map (zoom in/out) in order to see the real and clear drive position.

3. No link to call drive phone number - Silvia to check the number of clicks and re-discuss with Product Team.
