How to organize our activities on Jira x Confluence
We needed to improve our process and tools because we created a new structure to collaborate with the Iberia team.
Based on that, we faced a problem with tools access, to solve this problem we created a shared space(Iberia Collaboration) on the confluence to RBI and Iberia has access to view and edit documents.
With the Iberia Collaboration space created we gonna centralized all the business and tech documents there, but we need to keep using the Jira tool to track the activities, on this case, the Jira tasks gonna contain the links to confluence and Figma tools.
The diagram above shows how Jira, Confluence and Figma will be organized:
To turn the process crystal clear, it was created Jira issues and confluence pages to be an EXAMPLE:
