This guide serves as treference to have a better understanding on the Iberia markets and the funcioning of the dedicated team
Iberia Market
Cadence
Sprints: 2 Weeks
Every day: Standup | Daily (except Thursdays and on Planning days)
Mondays (Optional): Weekly Design Reviews
Tuesday: Retro (every other week)
In retro, we look back at previous sprints and give inputs on how we can improve our work, team, and processes
Tuesdays: Refinement (every other week)
The purpose is to present the features to the devs, clarify any open questions, and estimate.
Wednesday: Demo | Standup | Sprint Planning
Start Sprint will be fairly quick given we have done Planning before, but this will also be an opportunity for Devs to bring up any tasks that after further investigation, would not fit into sprint / would increase in points.
Wednesdays: Technical Planning/Refinement
The purpose is for Devs to meet after Planning and divide stories in subtasks / decide from a technical perspective how to divide requirements.
Thursdays: No Meetings Thursdays !
Provide some time to do actual work. Please, block your calendar by creating a full-day event so people know and tell them to not send invites.
