Introduction

RBI’s Delivery API is designed to allow vendors to receive delivery orders created by guests.

DropOff Fields

The following is the recommended configuration for mapping the DropOff fields:

• dropoffWindow.start--> Earliest potential arrival of the order

• dropoffWindow.end--> Latest Arrival for the order

• dropoffEta --> Actual expectation, more or less average of start and end times above

In case of not having dedicated dropoffWindow.start  and  dropoffWindow.end values received from delivery providers, the following could be an alternative:

• Mapping dropoffEta+10 minutes = dropoffWindow.endas the most realistic scenario for most delivery orders
