1. Log-in

Once entering your email address and password, you’ll be prompted to submit a OTP code from an authenticator app.

2. Homepage

After successfully logging into the Admin tool you will begin on the Home Screen.

The Search Field can be used to search either a Email, CognitoID/GuestID, OrderID, Store Number/ Address, and Card Number.

If you search for a Customer Email and you see a icon with a check mark on the left, it means that the guest already has an account in our mobile app/ website. Otherwise, it would show an icon with an exclamation point.

3. Side Bar

The Sidebar displays the different functions within the Support Tool

  • Customers - Displays a view of guest information and history

  • Orders - To be able to access the guest’s order history and issue refunds

  • Support History - …

  • Gift Card History (in progress) - Lookup Gift Card Number
