After successfully logging into the Admin tool you will begin on the Home Screen.

The Search Field can be used to search either a Email, CognitoID/GuestID, OrderID, Store Number/ Address, and Card Number.

If you search for a Customer Email and you see a icon with a check mark on the left, it means that the guest already has an account in our mobile app/ website. Otherwise, it would show an icon with an exclamation point.

The Sidebar displays the different functions within the Support Tool
