What are Offers?

Offers are a discount on the order or item. They are promotions that allow customers to spend less money when placing orders at any of our brands; also known as “coupons” in some markets.

There are several types of offers:

  • a discounted bundle / meal

  • cheaper item

  • order-level % discount

  • order-level $ off

  • product-level % discount

  • product-level $ off

Offers are different than rewards given that unlike rewards:

  • Redeeming offers does not require loyalty points

  • It is possible to configure offers to be used by anonymous guests (i.e they don’t need to register to the app), although some markets prefer not to allow this

Why Offers?

Successful companies know that offers are among the most effective methods of increasing sales, boosting customer satisfaction, and heightening brand awareness.

  • Offers need to take into account both brand objectives and customer objectives

  • Brand objectives can be to increase acquisition, while customer objectives can be to increase perceived value, improve customer attitude and increase brand accessibility.
