Please use the following segment filters in Braze when targeting customers who have opted in to email and/or push notifications

  • Email Subscription Status is 'Opted In'

  • Push Subscription Status is 'Opted In' and Email Address is not blank

The subscription status of a customer can be checked under the Engagement tab of the User profile page
