Please use the following segment filters in Braze when targeting customers who have opted in to email and/or push notifications

  • Email Address is not blank AND Email Subscription Status is 'Opted In'

  • Email Address is not blank AND Push Subscription Status is 'Opted In'

 

All other email and push related user properties will be deprecated, see Workstream #2: Moving Event Properties to User Properties | Table 2: User Properties to Deprecate

The subscription status of a customer can be checked under the Engagement tab of the User profile page
