What are Empty States?

Empty States are pieces of content that we display to users by default UNTIL it is replaced by something else/more useful later on.

It is used for instance for the Loyalty Program - when a user JUST created an account he/she does not have any order yet - so when you visit for example your Loyalty Rewards Order History (see below image) you can’t see any order but instead you see a message that invites you to purchase your first order. After the first order, the user will be able to see the information regarding the Loyalty Points accumulated.
