Transactional & Marketing emails will be sent by Braze and shared with guests that interact with your app/website.
There are 4 types of transactional emails:
Sign-up
Receipt
Cancellation
Refund
Below you can find files with examples for each transactional email. You may leverage them to customize the transactional emails to your market.
You should provide to your RBI Tech contact:
Content of each transactional email translated to the languages configured for your market
“Subject” of each email
2 Subdomains that will appear in “From” (e.g., [noreply]@[subdomain] ("[no reply]" is customizable and can be edited at any time; "[subdomain]" is chosen once and cannot be changed again - e.g., mail.burgerking.com)
