Engagement - How to test with Braze?

Enter in the Braze instance & select messaging

Select Canvas

Pick an active canvas and click on edit canvas. This will not change the live campaign unless you publish any change

Select in the step the message you want to test

Here, for example, you have “IOS push notification” selected, click on test

Select individual users

Insert your email address & click on send test

If you want to test emails, click on edit email body

Click on “preview and test"

Click on test send

Select individual users

Insert your email address & click on send test

When you are done testing, don’t click on “update canvas”, simply close
