How do I get access?
Access is directly managed by each franchisee. Please contact a colleague who has an account with an Admin role who can add new users.
Key RBI personnel also have access to provide operational support as needed.
Email Campaign Flow
Campaigns can be delivered on a time-based schedule, triggered by an action performed by users or triggered via an API request. Only users who qualify for segments selected as the 'Target Audience' will potentially receive a campaign.

Troubleshooting
Braze provides support directly from their User Guide: Braze User Guide. To raise a support ticket, select ‘Support’ in the header and then ‘Get Help’. Three top-level topics ‘Technical Issue', ‘Strategy Assistance’ and 'Account Administration’ are available to select.
