Branch provides a mobile linking and attribution platform. Deep links can be created to ensure that users are redirected to the correct destination, for example redirecting a mobile user who has not yet installed the app to the app store corresponding to their OS. How do I get access?

Access is directly managed by each Franchisee. Please contact a colleague who has an account with an Admin role who can add new users.

Key RBI personnel also have access to provide operational support as needed.

Event Tracking Flow

Attribution & re-engagement events are collected by Branch and sent to the Customer Data Platform (mParticle), which then forwards them to Amplitude to be used in analytics reports.

User interaction and conversion events are sent from the customer data platform to Branch to optimise media campaigns.
