RBI apps utilise OneTrust’s ‘Consent Management Platform’ and ‘Privacy Rights Automation’ products to ensure that markets are compliant according to their respective data protection & privacy regulations.

Consent Management

OneTrust’s cookie banner allows guests to accept or reject cookies and provides details on the cookies that are used.

The banner, as shown below, is presented to all guests on their first visit.

If a guest selects ‘Cookies Settings’, they will be able to view cookie details and accept or reject cookies per category

The categories of cookies that are presented are as follows:

• Strictly Necessary - These cookies are necessary for the website to function so cannot be disabled

• Functional - These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation.

• Performance - These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site

• Targeting - These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites.

Privacy Rights

OneTrust’s web form, as shown below, allows guests to request access to their data or to delete their account.

This form can be accessed via the ‘Manage My Data’ link on the Account Info page when signed in

Guests must select the ‘Request Type’ to either delete their account or access their account information

After adding their name, email address and the captcha code, then the request can be submitted.
