Guest

The end customer or user that is seeking to order food in any of the RBI brands (BK, PLK, TH, FHS).

Guest App

This refers to the application that guests use either on their mobile device or on a website for international markets.

Operator

The FZ(s) or other responsible agency(s) who operates the digital platform in a given market.

Market

A given <brand> in a <country> for all international markets. Brands can be Burger King, Popeyes or Firehouse Subs and countries include all international markets across EMEA, APAC and LAC.
