Reward Types

A reward is a product that can be ordered in exchange for loyalty points. Normally, rewards are 0 priced items or combos that can be ordered in exchange for loyalty points. However, there are other types of rewards outside of this norm:

• Reward Discount: rewards configured as “discount” can be an order-level % discount, order-level $ off, product-level % discount, or product-level $ off. Guest must use loyalty points to be able to unlock these reward discounts.

• Reward for money spend & loyalty points: these are rewards that can only be redeemed with a combination of loyalty points and money (e.g. euros) spent.
