Overview

Description

MBWay is a new payment method now available on our website, specifically designed for users in Portugal. With MBWay, you can request a payment directly through our site, and a notification will be sent to user’s MBWay app.

MBWay Payment

The process involves two main stages. First, the integration with MBWay handles the payment request. Second, user will be redirected to a waiting payment page where will remain until the payment is either completed or an error occurs. A successful payment means you have confirmed the transaction through the MBWay app. If an error occurs, it could be because the payment was cancelled by user or the 4-minute time limit for completing the payment has expired.

Choose MBWay payment method and close an order

  1. Click the arrow to display the list of available payment methods.

  2. Select MBWay from the list of payment options.

  3. Enter your phone number in the provided form.

  4. Click the "Continue" button to proceed with the payment.

  5. Wait for Paycomet to respond with either a success or failure status for the order.

  6. The user will be redirected to the "waiting-payment" page to await the final payment status.

 

 

 

 

 

Payment was processed with sucessful

  1. The user is on the waiting payment page.

  2. The user completes the payment in the MBWay app.

  3. The user is redirected to the order confirmation page upon successful payment.

 

 

Payment Error - User Cancelled the Payment

  1. The user is on the waiting payment page.

  2. The user cancels the payment in the MBWay app.

  3. An error modal appears, informing the user that there was an error while processing the order.

 

 

Payment Error - Payment Time Expired

  1. The user is on the waiting payment page.

  2. The user waits until the time limit expires.

  3. An error modal appears, informing the user that there was an error while processing the order.

 

 

User inform wrong number in MBWay app

  1. Click the arrow to display the list of available payment methods.

  2. Select MBWay from the list of payment options.

  3. Enter an incorrect phone number in the provided form.

  4. Click the "Continue" button to proceed with the payment.

  5. Wait for Paycomet to respond with either a success or failure status for the order.

  6. An error modal appears, informing the user that the payment failed.

  7. The user is redirected back to the cart page.
