This project consists on providing food and drinks at a large scale

BK Portugal - Use Case

  • We have developed a flow to manage catering requests via Customer Support;

  • A high-level overview of the work stream:

    • User select Catering or birthday;

    • User inputs all information needed to make a reservation;

    • User selects Delivery address and confirm event Date/Time and how many people will be part of this reservation;

    • An event is generated to send the request to Support Team.

    • In this flow, we are not sending the order to the kitchen.
