Changing driver from a closed order

It is possible to change the driver related to an order after the order was closed. You will be able to do this change up to 24 hours after the order to be closed.

 Instructions

  1. Aftor to sign in on DOP portal, click on DELIVERY > RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT

 

2. Click on three dots on the right > Change Driver for the restaurant that you need to change the information

3. There are 3 different filters that could be applied:

  • By order number;

  • By driver;

  • By payment type.

If no information is presented, this is the state of screen:

4. To select an option, just click on filter e select the driver.

5. To change the driver, is very simple. Select the current driver, click on the option and select another driver from the list.
