Overview

Support agents can check all the historical timeline of orders, loyalty points issued/deducted, offers assigned, and refunds completed for a specific guest in the Support History section of the support tool.

How does this look in the Support Tool?

On the left side of the page, the support agent can filter by different fields as Remediation, Issued, etc.

On the right side, the timeline results display all the transactions related to the selected filters.

The support agent can add comments on the timeline to document any interaction with the guest. To add a comment click on the “New comment“ button, fill out the text box and click on the “Confirm“ button.
