New feature “show phone number".
With this feature, support operators can check orders phone number and user profile phone number on Support Tool. This is vital for resolving issues such as delivery problems, order modifications, and payment disputes. For more context, refer to Support Tool Orders page.
New feature “Support Tool Integration with Partners API for Email Data Synchronization”.
With this feature, support operators can leverage existing functionality of email update to synchronize the new user email address with external partners. For more context, refer to Support Tool Customers page.

Integrating Loyalty Data into Order Flows.
From tech point of view, this solution consists only on adding the loyaltyId into getOrders API.
From business point of view, it can be used to automate the drive-thru process by providing loyaltyId to the order retrieval system.
It simplifies the interaction between the customer and the cashier, reducing the time spent on manual order verification (avoid paginations), since customer can be identified by the scanned QRcode (short loyaltyId)
