Improved Partner Integrations Management for Restaurants

  • Every time a FZ opens a restaurant that integrates with our Partners API, they had to inform the tech teams to manually configure integration between the store and the Partners via this Partners Admin API. To avoid this manual process, the Sanity Restaurant document has been re-organized and the Partner Group attribute has been added so that users can configure all integrations seamlessly.

  • The solution ensures a sync between the Partner Admin <> Sanity, where Sanity updates the restaurant to partner assignments and Partner Admin updates the Partner Groups document every time a partner group is added.

Support Tool

  • It is now possible to search for customers using an additional identifier - the Loyalty ID code. This enhancement increases the flexibility of the Support tool, providing customer support agents with more options for locating customer information. Depending on the available data, agents can now search for customers using various identifiers.

  • Searching by the Loyalty ID is particularly useful for locating customers who completed their transactions in-store. As point-of-sale (POS) transactions often do not require other customer details, the loyalty ID may be the only available identifier for locating these customers within the support tool.
