A/B Testing

A/B Testing

Overview

This folder outlines the A/B testing options available in the guest app. Currently, you can run A/B tests on the homepage, menu page, and navigation bar.

What is A/B testing?

A/B testing is a method of comparing two or more versions of a digital experience - like a homepage or menu layout - to see which one performs better with real users. In a QSR guest app, it’s especially important because small changes can have a big impact on guest behavior. For example, testing different layouts, promotions, or calls-to-action can help you increase order conversion, boost app engagement, and drive more repeat visits. It allows data-driven decisions that lead to a better guest experience and stronger business results.
