  1. Roadmap - No relevant elements emerged regarding the work done so far. Some points were discussed in yesterday's call (Bags on hand tests).

 

  1. Reprioritisation - 4 new epics were presented and we created a v.0 of a framework to validate the prioritisation. There are some elements that are still missing and need further validation before being considered validated.

 

ACTION PLAN
@Paula - recheck the restrictions and risks of each new epic
@Paula - share with CI&T the existing content of the new epics to be able to facilitate the estimation work
@Andrea - structure an agenda for the next Roadmap call in order to consolidate the information received
@Paula - schedule an Amazon partnership discovery session
@Andrea - work on a framework to consolidate information from future discoveries
