Oracle Integration Readiness

To ensure that all required software integrations are working as expected before initiating any rollouts.

• In-store ordering test cases are passing in the BK DE Test Lab.

• Loyalty integration test cases (including Pay at Counter) are passing in the BK DE Test Lab.

• The test cases above include Oracle, Tillster and Smoothr. They do not include Acrelec, because Acrelec is not integrated today.

Oracle Rollout

To replace Toshiba as the POS provider for BK DE, with like-for-like features compared to today.

• All live stores that currently use Toshiba as their POS to be using Oracle.

• All Tillster and Smoothr kiosks that are currently integrated with Toshiba to be integrated with Oracle instead.

• Acrelec is out of scope since it’s not in use today.

Pick Up Enablement

To enable Pick Up Service Mode for BK DE.

• All Pick Up test cases are passing in the BK DE Test Lab

• All BK DE stores are able to process Pick Up orders

Acrelec Integration

To enable Loyalty in Acrelec Kiosks

• Loyalty integration test cases (including Pay at Counter) are passing in the BK DE Test Lab for Acrelec

• All Acrelec kiosks in live stores are able to process Loyalty orders
