How to Subscribe to Statuspage

A new RBI Incident Reporting Statuspage has been created for better brand communication during a Fire. The Statuspage will be updated every hour by the APM on call until the Fire has been resolved.

Once subscribed, users can choose how they would like to be notified in the event of a Fire ( Email, Text). The user is also able to subscribe to individual components on the page based on the brand(s) they would like updates from.

Each brand is represented by a component. The health of the component is indicated by a colour change. When the platform is running at a 100% performance level the component is green (operational).

The APM on call will provide detailed updates every hour* until the fire has been resolved. These updates will indicate the affected brand(s), the impact of the fire and the status towards a resolution. Once the fire has been resolved a postmortem report will be added to the Statuspage upon the RCA being completed.

*If a fire has been escalated to a third party vendor, the update time may vary deepening on how quickly the RBI team is able to receive an update.
