Data Subject Access Request - Service Desk

Submitting a DSAR

  1. Open a new ticket in our Jira Service Desk (https://rbictg.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/53) using the "Data Suv” tile.

2. Choose between Access or Deletion.

In both requests, you will be asked only about:

  • Brand

  • Environment (would typically be Prod)

  • User(s) Email Address(es):

  • Summary, in the event you would like to add information
