Loyalty Notifications Widget

There might be multiple SW Offers, Promos or Rewards which brands want to specifically showcase to the User within the Rewards Detail Page. In order to do so, brands can leverage the Loyalty Notifications Widget within the Loyalty Configs Tab in Sanity. The below guide will walk you through how to set up the widget.

What does the widget look like

The Widget lives under the Rewards Detail Page and can be configured through Sanity. Brands can choose to display multiple incentives here such as Rewards, SW Offer and SW Promos.

Enabling the Loyalty Notifications Widget

This section will be a walkthrough on how you can enable the Widget on the Rewards Detail Page.

1. Navigate to the Feature Loyalty UI Tab on Sanity
   Order-Level Content ➡️ Loyalty ➡️ Loyalty Configs ➡️ Feature Loyalty UI

2. Scroll Down to the Loyalty Dashboard Section where you will see a section for Widgets

3. This section is where you will add the Loyalty Notifications Widget. This is a Sorted Widget list, which means that the widgets will appear in the order in which they are configured.

4. To add the Loyalty Notifications Widget, Click on Add Item and then Select Loyalty Notifications

5. Next, you will simply complete the fields in the pop-up

   • Click on Enable Notifications Widget Radio Button

   • Enter Title of the Section - This is what the Name of the Section will be on the FE

   • And then Select the Incentives you would like to show in the section. NOTE: Only incentives with Notifications Turned On will be shown in the Drop Downs. (This is covered in the section below)

6. Once configured, you can hit Publish and the Widget will now show on the FE.

Configuring an Incentive’s Notification Content

This section will be a walkthrough on how you can configure the Incentive specific Notifications you want to show in the Loyalty Notifications Widget

1. Navigate to the Incentive you would like to configure the Notification for, for this example we will use a SW Promo.
   Order-Level Content ➡️ Loyalty ➡️ Incentives ➡️ Bonus Points Promotions ➡️ Systemwide Promotions

2. Next, select the Incentive you want to configure the notification for and scroll down to the Notifications Details Tab within the Content Section

   2. This section is where you will configure the content of the Notification

      • Title

      • Description

      • Image

      • Path - The Path is the page to which the user is taken when they interact with the Notification (i.e. /Menu will take users to the Menu page)

3. Fill out the required fields mentioned above

4. Once the content is filled out, you can hit Publish

5. Next you will Navigate Back to the Widget mentioned in the above section

   1. Order-Level Content ➡️ Loyalty ➡️ Loyalty Configs ➡️ Feature Loyalty UI

6. Here you will add the configured Incentive to the Widget through the steps mentioned in Step 5 of the above section.

7. The Incentive will now show on the FE to the User
