[DMP] Auto Prepare

Introduction

Auto Prepare is the DMP feature that helps you manage the order preparation. Once a guest places an order, instead of it being placed on the New Orders column, it immediately goes to the In Production column.

[DOP] - Configuration

In order to have the Auto Prepare feature active in a restaurant it first must be activated on DOP

  1. Access DOP’s homepage and click the “Delivery” button

  1. Click on "Restaurant Management” button

  1. On the Restaurant Management Page, click on the “More Options” (three dots) button on the restaurant you wish to activate the Auto Prepare feature and click on the “Settings” option

  1. Within the "DMP Features” group, check the Auto Prepare option and click on “Save changes”. A success alert should be visible.

  1. Access the DMP homepage

  2. Click the “Run Auto Prepare" button.

  3. In order to activate the Auto Prepare, input the manager’s password and confirm it by clicking on “Confirm”.

  1. A success message should be visible and new orders should be placed automatically on In Production column.

[DMP] - Auto Prepare Deactivation

  1. Access the DMP homepage

  1. Click the “Stop Auto Prepare" button.

  2. A confirmation message will be displayed and all new orders will be placed on the New Orders column.

Auto Prepare x Auto Fire

It is not possible to enable both Auto Prepare and Auto Fire at the same time. If Auto Fire is active, once the Auto Prepare is enabled, Auto Fire will be deactivated automatically.
