Order Management > Assigning a driver and Grouping Orders

 Instructions

1. It is possible to assign a driver to an order as soon as the order is moved to “In Production”.

2. There are two ways to assign a driver to an order:

   1. By clicking the helmet button and selecting the driver from the active drivers' list:

      Open

      

       

   2. By clicking the order to see the order details, it will open a select from where is possible to choose the driver:

      Open

      

       

3. After assigning the driver, the driver name will appear into the card and the helmet button will be replaced to the forward button:

    

4. When one or more orders are assigned to the same driver, the orders are automatically grouped on the screen with:

   1. A gray background.

   2. The same forward button that will allow to move the grouped orders together to the next column.
