We are happy to share that the Loyalty Tiers feature has now reached Production. Loyalty Tiers enable guests to be upgraded to a VIP loyalty tier with exclusive rewards when they meet specific requirements. Read more about it in the FZKB here and connect with your CSM representative to enable it.
