2.1. Integration and User Experience

  1. Platforms Seamless Integration: Integrate the loyalty points sharing system into the services in all platforms (app and kiosk), such that users can earn and redeem points.

  2. Point Redemtion Preferences: Allow users to choose where they want to accumulate points during their interactions (similar to the Waylet model).

  3. Predefined App Settings: Implement a feature in the mobile app that enables users to predefine their point accumulation preferences to minimize changes during their user journey. These settings should be easily accessible in the app.

  4. Dynamic Point Management: Implement a dynamic point management system that can increase or decrease points based on user activities. Define clear rules and conditions for point adjustments.

  • Partners can have different systems with their own specs and limitations

  • Avoid adding extra steps in the kiosk flow (it will increase time to purchase, bringing lower revenue).
