Driver's Privacy Policy
Introduction
Every franchisee and market has it’s own rules or local laws that require driver’s to be aware of how their data is collected, treated and stored. With that in mind, DOP’s has a feature that allows franchisees to create and manage a "Driver’s Privacy Policy” document in which driver’s must read and accept before continuing to work.
Activating the Driver’s Privacy Policy feature
The Driver’s Privacy Policy its managed by RBI International Team and in if it’s not active for the market you wish to manage, it’s necessary to get in contact with the Customer Service Management Team (CMS) requesting it’s activation
[DOP] - Creating a new Driver’s Privacy Policy document
Access DOP
Click on “Delivery"
Click on “Restaurant Management”
On the right side of the screen, click on “More Settings” button
On the section “Privacy Policy For Drivers” click the down arrow button, on the right side of the screen
Click the “Create Privacy Policy” button
On the following modal, click the “Create” button
Input the new Privacy Policy content and them, click on “Save” button
The new Privacy Policy document will be sent to drivers the next time they open up Driver App
[DOP] - Editing a Driver’s Privacy Policy document
Access DOP
Click on “Delivery"
Click on “Restaurant Management”
On the right side of the screen, click on “More Settings” button
On the section “Privacy Policy For Drivers” click the down arrow button, on the right side of the screen
The most recent Privacy Policy will be visible.
Click on the “Edit” button
Input the new Privacy Policy content and them, click on “Save” button
The new Privacy Policy document will pop up to drivers the next time they open up Driver App
[DOP] - Deleting a Driver’s Privacy Policy document
Access DOP
Click on “Delivery"
Click on “Restaurant Management”
On the right side of the screen, click on “More Settings” button
On the section “Privacy Policy For Drivers” click the down arrow button, on the right side of the screen
The most recent Privacy Policy will be visible.
Click on the “Delete” button
On the following modal, click the “Yes, Delete” button
[Driver App] - Accepting a new Driver's Privacy Policy
Access the Driver App
Input driver’s login and password
Tap the “Login" button
On the following modal, click the “Check now” button
Tap on the “Accept" button
The Privacy Policy screen will close and the driver will be able to work again
[Driver App] - Rejecting a new Driver's Privacy Policy
Access the Driver App
Input driver’s login and password
Tap the “Login" button
On the following modal, click the “Check now” button
On the “Privacy Policy" screen, tap the “Reject” button
User should be redirected to login screen
Since the user has rejected the new Privacy Policy Terms, he’ll be blocked from doing new deliveries until he accepts the document by tapping the “Accept” button.
Until then, he’ll be redirected from the Privacy Policy screen to login screen.
