Overview

Currently, the Offers Page is the most visited page in the App. This feature supports promoting an upcoming offer within the guest’s offers list. By displaying an offer that is not available in the app currently, but will become active soon, we hope to get guests returning to the app in order to be able to redeem the offer. We recommend markets to work with CRM to send notifications to the guests once the offer becomes available to drive guests back to the app.

How is it configured?

In order to enable the feature please follow the below steps

Translations

Available on Lokalise 2 strings:

  • offerUpcomingConfirmation

    • used for the toast notification to let the user know they subscribed successfully to receive details about when the offer will be available.

Sanity Setup

1. Create a regular Systemwide Offer in Order Level Content > Loyalty > Incentives > Offers > Systemwide Offers

  1. Set the UI Pattern to Standard Offer and turn on the Show this offer as Upcoming Toggle

On Mechanics, you must set the rule Loyalty Between-Dates for the offer to display as upcoming before the start date of the offer, and for it to be designated with a "Coming Soon" status. This offer will automatically become an "Available" offer from the point the start date is reached.

 

  1. In order to add the Offer to the user’s offer list, ensure to add the offer (just like all other offers) to the Live Offers list and to publish the document
