Instructions
As soon as the order is placed, it is shown at DMP main screen under the “New Orders” column:
That means the order was correctly placed but is not yet in production.
At this moment, is not possible to assign a driver to the order.
It is possible to:
See the order detail, by clicking on it. It will load a right side screen:
Move the order to the kitchen, by clicking the forward button or “Move to kitchen” button. It will move the order to the next column “In Production”, if the POS is online.
Print the order, by clicking the printer button.
Cancel the order, by clicking the “Cancel order” button.
At “New Orders” column is possible to see and print the order details and cancel the order.
