Order Management > Canceling an order

 Instructions

  1. Only orders under the “New Orders” column can be canceled.

  2. To Cancel an order, open the order detail by clicking the order card:

     

    1. By clicking the “Cancel order” button, it is required to justify the cancelation by choosing a reason from the list, and then click “Cancel order” button.

       

    2. The system will ask the password in order to proceed:

       

    3. A message will be displayed on the screen informing that the order has been canceled. Click “Dismiss” or the X to close the modal screen.

       

Only at the “New Orders” column is possible to cancel an order.
