Order Management > Closing an order with success

 Instructions

  1. Since the order is delivered, it is possible for the manager to close the order on the driver’s behalf.

  2. There are two ways to close an order with success:

    1. Close by clicking the check mark on the card:

      1. Note that even for the grouped orders, the check mark button to close the order is individual for each order, that’s because the delivery address will probably be different, even when the driver is the same.

         

    2. Close by opening the order details and clicking the “Close order” button:

       

      1. Select the “Successful delivery” option:

         

  3. A message will be displayed on the screen informing that the order has been closed. Click “Dismiss” or the X to close the modal screen.

 

After closed, the orders can be viewed at the History tab.
