Order Management > Closing an order with issues

 Instructions

  1. Since the order is delivered, it is possible for the manager to close the order on the driver’s behalf.

  2. If the delivery was not successful, the order needs to be closed with issues.

  3. By opening the order details and clicking the “Close order” button:

    1. Select “Issue with delivery” option:

       

    2. Select one issue from the list and then click “Confirm” button:

       

    3. If it is due to “Accuracy/Product missing”, then:

      1. It will show the list of products from that order to select what was missing. Then, click the “Confirm and close order” button:

         

      2. Inform the password to proceed:

         

      3. A message will be displayed on the screen informing that the order has been closed with issues. Click “Dismiss” or the X to close the modal screen.

         

    4. If it is due to any of other issue listed (wrong address; customer was not there; customer declined due to time; customer declined due to quality; fake order; problems with payment), then:

      1. The password will be requested in order to proceed:

         

      2. A message will be displayed on the screen informing that the order has been closed with issues. Click “Dismiss” or the X to close the modal screen.

         

The issue “Accuracy/Product missing” has an extra step on the process and it is required to inform the product that was missing.

Every order closed with issue will automatically generate a new complaint.
